Claim form:- Served with 4 months of issue

Particulars of claim:- within 14 days of service of claim form

Witness summons:- Serve at least 7 days before the witness needs to attend court.

Application Notice: As soon as practicable,and not less than 3 clear days before the hearing.

Order to attend court for questions {N39} 14 clear days before court appointment

Third party debt order:- not less than 21 days before the hearing.

Charging Order:- 21 days before hearing.

Divorce papers:- No time scale.

Judgement summons:- 10 days before haring date

None Molestation order:- immediately or as soon as practicable.Winding up petition:- 21 days before date of hearing.

Bankruptcy petition:- 14 clear days before the hearing.

Judgement summons:- 3 clear days before th hearing

International Process servers

The most common oversight for service of legal documents on an international basis, is not obtaining authority to serve out of jurisdiction from the court, where the applications made. You must also be aware of the Clear Days of Service for Legal Documents

A further oversight is ensuring that if the respondent does not speak English, that a full authorised translated set of documents in the respondents native language is included with the original set of documents.
